THE WAL IS BORN - Article taken directly from the WAL Website

After many years of diffusion of this new revolutionaries technique, the time is ready for this big ambitious new project : the first World Competition of HUMAN FLY : The WAL !

All the best flyers from all over the world, will compete in this amazing game where the flying capacities are express at the maximum level. Flying efficiency, Speed, Precision - those are the characteristic of the game , with spectacular and acrobatic manoeuvres to be performed by the teams in the two categories : ARW2 and ARW4

The WAL is a virtual competition where the teams from all over the world, prepare their best performance and up-load their video to be judged and enter in the world classify .

The competition develop in a year time, with 6 rounds (one every two months), and in the end of the year it will be awarded the World Champions in ARW2, and in ARW4, plus the Best Video ARW2 and ARW4 .

For this 2010 WAL first edition, the game will start the 1st of May for a total of 4 round only. This is to have the time from now to build the teams, register in the site, search the sponsors and set-up all the system . From the 1st January 2011 will start the WAL with the entire 6 rounds and with rich prizes for the winners.

Everybody is invited to join the WAL community as competitors, teams supporters, to write in the WAL forum, or just as simple spectator of the first historic world human fly game.
