Administration update

In terms of the Constitution, the next Annual General Meeting of members must be held in the 3 months before the end of the financial year which is 31 March.

So, look out for notices about the AGM early in the new year.

Membership fees for the 2010/11 year will only be set at that time. We kindly ask members please not to pay guesstimate amounts or the current year’s fees into the account until we have the exact, final total.

The fees will be advertised as widely as possible at the time.

We do know already that the Aero Club fee for next year will be R250. For those competing internationally, FAI sporting licences (applied for via the SSA and Aero Club) will cost R150.

If any members have further suggested changes to the Constitution, please ensure that these reach the NEDs in the prescribed manner and time frame as required by the Constitution. The NEDs may be contacted on neds@para.co.za
